The objective of the all-star teams is twofold. The first is to select squads consisting of players with the best playing ability in the League allowing players to showcase their talents and team work in an environment of increased competition. The second objective is to provide an incentive for players to continue to develop their skills through the season and across multiple seasons by providing a place to experience a higher, more in depth level of play.
